b. Quality of material: Quality standards are specified for material to be used in the project. Standards for testing of materials are also specified. Physical nod chemical properties of materials are also specified.
c. Workmanship: To ensure right person for the right job, performance standards should be laid down; workmanship specifications should also be provided
